Swivel base, no cracks anywhere. The number is I have bead blasted, painted, lubed and re assembled the vise. The one good jaw has a number on it. This piece is held in place on the body of the vise by a 1/4 diameter pin hole in the side of the vise body as seen in the pictures.
I don't know what the threaded stud in the removable piece is for. Jaws are wide. I have left it apart to better show how it is designed.
Likely available online somewhere. Part on the removable part of the stationary jaw is 9b SJ350. I will put the pin before shipping, unless asked not. One was missing, the other is OK but they come in pairs when purchased.
It does not hold that piece to the vise body. I have read that this type of Wilton vise is quite rare. I have not searched much. Hard to tell.
Last part of that could be I have restored many Wilton vises but this is the first i've seen like this. Buyer pays shipping. As you can see, it needs new jaw inserts. Inserts could be made too.
Operation is smooth and tight. Threads for the inserts are very good, I chased them and they are fine, no damage. Made by Wilton in the USA.
