The entire Vise swings 90 degrees upward with a turn of the other lever, putting the jaws parallel to the bench top or at any angle in between. We treat folks right.

Vise jaws are wide x 5 deep and a crank on the front of the unit can adjust the alignment by up to 5 degrees left or right, making it perfect for tapered stock. Saves us all a lot of hassle and everyone is happy. It is a heavy duty Taiwanese import with a shipping weight of nearly 60lbs.
